Garment Fit/Make 

The t-shirts sold at Nasty Cow are made by Stanley/Stella. Who are driven by a genuine desire to drive change in the fashion industry through ethical and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes. CHANGE / CANCEL MY ORDER

• Orders may not be cancelled unless the product ordered has sold out.  At this time we are not able to alter sizes or make changes to orders after they have been placed.  Please refer to our returns/exchanges page for more information. 

 • If you notice your shipping details are not correct after checking out please reach out ASAP. While we will make every effort to catch this and update your details before shipment we can not guarantee any requested change.

If your order has already shipped please reach out to the courier service.

• Orders with insufficient addresses will not be re-shipped until recieved back at our warehouse and added shipping costs have been recieved.

SOMETHING WENT WRONG!

• In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product ordered and it arrives damaged we will replace the item ASAP.  Please contact info@thenastycow.co.uk with details of the error along with your order number and a photo of the effected garment.   

• Got something other than what you ordered? We will happily re-send the correct item, please provide your order number, email and a photo of the item you received to info@thenastycow.co.uk. You may be asked to return the item, if this is the case you will be issued return postage. 

 ORDER / SHIPPING INFORMATION 

Made to order graphics as well as cut and sew garments take up to 10-15 business days to processes before tracking is sent (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays)

• After your order is placed you will receive an additional shipping email with tracking information once your goods are on their way!

• Orders containing multiple items may be shipped from different warehouses or at different times.

• Nasty Cow is not responsible for packages not received due to incorrect or insufficient address. Any item received back at our warehouse due to these terms will be issued invoice to complete reshipment once it is processed and correct address has been confirmed.  Please allow 1-2 weeks processing time after package is showing "delivered/return to sender"  

• After product is showing "delivered" status we are not responsible for loss or theft due to package being shipped to insecure location. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please check Shipping Costs for cost and time before delivery.

•Unfortunately, we CANNOT be responsible for lost or missing international packages.

•All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.

PRODUCT INFORMATION / CARE INSTRUCTIONS

 Garments with Graphics; To insure your garments have a long life please wash in cold water  inside out on gentle and lay flat to dry.  You may also refer to the individual care label located in each garment.

-DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

•Graphics and other items are custom made to order!  

• Colours. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
